Tiger is very famous for it's high Waterfall . These Waterfalls are very attractive and creates a loud noise in the calm nature. These waterfalls are also accompanied by a clean lake, dark woods and highly hilly region. You can enjoy various small waterfalls here which are about 15-20 meters high and one of around 500 meters high.Tiger Waterfall. To reach this waterfall you have to drive little further on same road of Sajjangadh from Satara.A full frontal view of the falls can be obtained by going to Chalkewadi and then walking down the road for 5 km. Dense vegetation on the pinnacle, hanging creepers, and dark overhanging rocky cliffs make the falls more amazing.This area is a favorite haunt of picnickers and tourists to this region.Tiger, near Satara is famous for its serenity, clam and quiet nature. It is a newly developing picnic spot. Tiger is really a wonderful place where one can enjoy the beauty of the nature. July to November is the best season to visit Tiger. Dark woods and a clean lake add to the beauty of this hilly region.
The calmness here sounds like music to the ears with the beats being provided by the gushes of water in the waterfalls.
